Olympic Bronze
History has been made in Paris! Rylan Wiens and his partner Nathan Zsomber-Murray are the first Canadian men to bring home a medal in the 10m Synchro competition – and the first Team Sask athlete to bring home any Olympic medal! It came down to the very last dive of the competition with Mexico close on their heels – but when the scores hit the board, they knew they had done it! China took first (as they did in every single diving competition) and Great Britain with the great Tom Daley took second. In Individual competition Margo missed moving on to Semi Finals on 3m, finishing in 22nd and Rylan finished 7th in 10m Individual finals. What a fantastic competition for these two Team Sask athletes, led by their coach Mary Carroll! For more news and videos from Paris, check out our Instagram and Facebook pages.
