Sask Sport Offical of the Year
Sara Toth was recently presented with the 2015 Sask Sport Official of the Year Award for her contribution to the area of Judging and Judge development. Sara has been officiating for the past 18 years at the community, provincial, national and international level. She oversees the development of diving judges throughout Saskatchewan and across Canada through her involvement with the Dive Sask and Diving Canada officiating Committees. She also teaches diving certification clinics and mentors provincial and national judges. Sara judges at qualifying meets within Saskatchewan and throughout Canada, as well as at all levels of Jr and Sr National Championships. She has judged at the Junior Pan Am Games in Texas, the Junior Olympics in China and a FINA Grand Prix in Spain. She is constantly developing her skills and knowledge by attending such learning opportunities as the FINA Judging School, the National Judges Symposium, the Sports Officials of Canada Conference and the Sports Leadership Conference.
